Premium Perinatal Support Package
Up to 8 months of comprehensive doula and counselling supports.
Wraparound supports starting at 20 weeks' gestation until 3 months postpartum. Designed to decrease anxiety, prevent mental health issues, and increase family wellbeing.
4 prenatal education and counselling sessions:
1) Parental and infant wellbeing
2) Birthing and postpartum recovery
3) Feeding and infant care
4) Postpartum mental health and life and relationship transitions
3 postpartum doula and counselling sessions:
In-home counselling and hands-on doula supports with infant care and household chores.
Plus: unlimited text and phone support to provide informational and emotional support, as needed.
$220 per prenatal visit
$250 per postpartum visit
*Virtual options available for families residing in NL outside the Metro St. John's region.
*Adapted program for 2nd time parents available (customized sessions and guidance regarding big sibling transition).

Mental Health Counselling

Premium Perinatal Support Package
Virtual counselling services focused on perinatal (the period of time from when a person decides to have a baby to three years postpartum), parental, and family mental health and wellbeing.
Trauma-informed counselling provided in the context of parenting that includes identifying and addressing underlying issues and practical advice and information to help you take action to increase your wellbeing.
Individual and couples:
$150 (75 mins)

Program exclusively for mothers with partners who work away on a rotational basis.
1 individual counselling session per month.
1 group counselling session per month.
Access to private Facebook group and chat.
- Trauma-informed counselling and peer support.
- Safe spaces to discuss difficult things.
- Information about relationships, parenting, self-care, and other topics.
- Support to improve your wellbeing.
- New mom friends who understand the unique struggles that come with a partner working away on rotation.
- In person get togethers.
