8 months of comprehensive doula and counselling supports.
Wraparound doula and counselling supports starting at 20 weeks' gestation until 3 months postpartum.
Designed to decrease anxiety, prevent mental health issues, and increase family wellbeing.
1 intake and assessment session.
3 prenatal education and counselling sessions:
1) Birthing and postpartum recovery
2) Feeding and infant care
3) Perinatal mental health and life transitions
3 postpartum doula and counselling sessions:
In-home counselling and hands-on supports with infant care and household chores.
Plus: unlimited text and phone support in between sessions to provide informational and emotional support when you need it.

Mental Health Counselling

Premium Perinatal Support Package
Virtual counselling services focused on perinatal (the period of time from when a person decides to have a baby to three years postpartum), parental, and family mental health and wellbeing.
Trauma-informed counselling provided in the context of parenting that includes identifying and addressing underlying issues and practical advice and information to help you take action to increase your wellbeing.
Individual and couples:

Program exclusively for mothers with partners who work away on a rotational basis.
1 individual counselling session per month.
1 group counselling session per month.
Access to private Facebook small group and chat, PLUS larger private FB community.

- Information about relationships, parenting, self-care, and other topics.
- Support to improve your wellbeing.
- New mom friends who understand the unique struggles that come with a partner working away on rotation.
- In person get togethers.
